Hi, I am Karen Astin, owner of Karen’s Pampered Pet Resort & Salon. I am also a certified groomer and have my own salon in my home. I worked in the medical field for over 23 years and my parents became ill and I had to move my parents in with me to care for them. I wanted to start my own business from home and since I have such a strong love for animals I started my own Pet Sitting & Grooming Service. My customers and their owners are very special and want the love, care, and special attention they get here in my home and not in a kennel somewhere. My entire family loves animals and they get more attention here than they even do at home. I thank God for blessing my efforts to care for my parents by blessing my business as He has. We are so busy because we offer something special no one else does that I have now added employees and their homes to the resort business. The same care is given at every single location. My
name is Gina Stansell-Workman and everyone who knows me knows I love
all animals. I am a pet sitter for Pampered Pets and in training to
be a certified groomer. Since I was a little girl, our family always
provided a safe place for injured or helpless animals. For me,
caring for animals is a special privilege to experiencing the
unconditional love of God.
Hi, I am Linda Snedeker and I am a certified
groomer. I have had a great love for animals all my life,
especially horses and dogs. My husband and I have 2 horses and 2
dogs. We have a son who is currently proudly serving his country in
the Navy. When the time came for him to leave, I was feeling the
empty nest syndrome since I had spent the last 13 years home
schooling my son and being very involved in his activities. It was
about this time I learned about this wonderful opportunity to work
as an assistant in the grooming salon at Pampered Pet Resort &
Salon. After working for several months, I realized I was doing
something I truly loved, not just endured. I am now a certified groomer, and am so thankful that God in His
perfect timing led me to this great business with a wonderful group
of Christian people who truly love their clients and have their best
interest at heart.
